SOLUTION UPDATES

Homecare 19.2 and Mobile Tablet 4.5 release

Homecare 19.2 is a feature release with no imminent regulatory items in it. However, it is the first release to contain PDGM updates. You are encouraged to adopt versions leading up to 19.4 so that you do not have to absorb all the PDGM and feature changes within a single release.

System enhancements that will assist in supporting PDGM compliance will be delivered across the remaining releases of 2019 and early 2020 -- with the essential release, Homecare 19.4, targeted for early December.

Mobile Tablet 4.5 includes approximately 20 enhancements to the platform as well as maintenance items. In addition to Homecare 19.2 and Mobile Tablet 4.5, Netsmart released AllDocs 18 SP1. This major version upgrade is an optional feature and maintenance release of the AllDocs solution.

The next major release planned is Homecare 19.3 and Mobile Tablet 4.6 in September 2019. These releases will be focused around hospice regulatory changes, including 2020 rate updates and functionality to assist with the Hospice Election Statement Addendum.

In addition, the CareConnect connection to the Carequality network and the launch of a KPI dashboard for Netsmart Homecare will enter the Early Adopter (EA) program.

Speaking of early adopters, now is the time to reach out to Stephen Aleksza at saleksza@ntst.com if you are interested in becoming an early adopter.

It is important to note that if you wish to be an early adopter for the Home Health year-end regulatory release (Homecare 19.4), you must also have participated in the Homecare 19.2 EA program or the planned 19.3 EA program.
