MESSAGE FROM SENIOR VP DAWN IDDINGS

Dawn Iddings
Senior Vice President
Post-Acute

Happy Spring! Our second quarter News Feed is full of important product updates and community news you don’t want to miss.

Before I mention some highlights, I want to welcome our new clients, Human Good, Plum Healthcare, Omega Senior Living, Capital Caring and Physmed Iowa to the Netsmart family, as well as additional significant organizations we have not yet announced. We are excited and honored to begin our partnership with you.

A few highlights in the newsletter I’d like to call your attention to: The new Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) is the biggest change to take place in home care in decades. We’ve created free PDGM resources to help you prepare now, so you can thrive under the new model. Be sure to read the articles on the PDGM calculator and Impact tool to understand how they can help you.

Our largest user conference, where clients across all communities come together, is just days away. CONNECTIONS2019: Making Your Mission Possible will be May 12-15 in Washington, D.C. If you’re coming to CONNECTIONS, be sure to check out our website for the agenda, training classes and “know before you go” details.

Finally, be sure to view our recent State of Home Care and Hospice webinar featuring NAHC President Bill Dombi and Netsmart Vice President Kevin Scalia. They discussed several legislative issues and industry trends that will impact organizations.

As always, we value your feedback on the quarterly News Feed. What information is most valuable to you? We’d love to get your feedback!

The next few months will be full of opportunities, conversations and collaboration. We look forward to continuing to be your partner on this journey!
