Chief People Officer

Wendy oversees the human resources organization and associate experience. She is responsible for aligning the company’s workforce to meet business objectives and for growing and developing internal talent. With more than 17 years of experience leading HR and talent management functions, Wendy brings expertise in talent recruitment and development initiatives that foster high-level performance across the entire organization. Prior to joining Netsmart, Wendy served as vice president of HR for Cerner, where she focused on executing and supporting the company’s people strategy and business plan. Wendy was responsible for managing Cerner’s HR support for client-facing U.S. associates, later managing at a global level. Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas. She is a member of the Shawnee Mission Education Foundation and previously held a board position for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Back
