Mark Van Horn serves as the Vice President of Public Sector California at Netsmart, where he leads a dedicated team focused on supporting over 20 counties across the state. With a commitment to addressing the pressing challenges of mental health, substance use, and homelessness, Mark and his team provide essential technology solutions and services to empower California counties in meeting the needs of their communities. Originally hailing from Long Beach, California, Mark joined Netsmart in 2017 as a Client Alignment Executive, collaborating closely with counties such as Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and San Bernardino. He brings to his role a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University. Back
