VP, Post-Acute Strategy & Alignment

Maria Warren is the Vice President of Post-Acute Strategy & Client Alignment at Netsmart, where she partners with provider organizations to drive strategic transformation. In this role, Maria leads efforts to align client strategy with the evolving needs of the care at home communities bringing forward a shared vision for the future of care delivery, connected technology, and responsible AI enablement.

Maria is passionate about helping clients innovate and adapt, working closely with executive leadership teams to modernize clinical and operational models, adopt emerging technologies, and build scalable, patient-centered solutions. She also helps shape the strategic direction of the Netsmart EHR, CareFabric solutions and AI strategy to ensure it meets the demands of a dynamic, value-based care environment.

Prior to joining Netsmart, Maria spent over a decade at McBee, where she led Advisory and Clinical Consulting teams focused on improving clinical outcomes, optimizing revenue cycle performance, and supporting organizations through large-scale operational redesigns, and advising clients in their M&A strategy.

In 2023, Maria was recognized as a Future Leader by Home Health Care News, honoring her as one of the rising executives shaping the next decade of care at home.

Maria holds a degree in Health Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania State University and serves on the Home Health Financial Managers Association (HHFMA) Advisory Board and Workgroup, is a founding member of the National Alliance for Care at Home's Mentoring Advisory Council, and co-chairs the Young Professionals and Business Innovations committees within HHFMA. She is a frequent speaker at national conferences on topics related to post-acute strategy, operations, and innovation.
