Liz Thiel leads the Associate Experience & HR Operations teams at Netsmart. She is a data-driven leader committed to understanding and creating strategies that positively impact our associate’s day-to-day lives. Liz is a life-long advocate for mental health and is committed to increasing access to care and reducing the stigma associates with mental health challenges. As a certified QPR Suicide Prevention and Mental Health First Aid trainer, she’s taught more than 200 associates the basics of suicide prevention and how to apply mental health first aid techniques. Liz also works to curate programs focused on holistic wellbeing including social, emotional, professional, physical and financial elements. Back
