Director & General Manager, Workforce Management

Lindsay Mack is the Director and General Manager of Workforce Management at Netsmart. She started her experience with Electronic Visit Verification while working for a large managed care organization. She was charged with implementing EVV in accordance with the 21st Century Cures Act for a complicated, statewide provider network. Now with Netsmart, she uses her knowledge of the payer and provider environments to navigate EVV for state agencies and managed care organizations with a focus on utilizing the efficiencies and data gained from EVV to improve outcomes and program quality. Lindsay’s background in Medicaid/Managed Care and various healthcare environments gives her a unique lens and understanding of the challenges payers and providers face when implementing new technologies. Lindsay has a bachelor’s degree from Shenandoah University and a master’s degree from PennWest University.
