With over 17 years of experience in medical and behavioral health software, Jon originally joined Remarkable Health to establish the customer support team, focusing on the daily success of the existing customer base. He eventually transitioned to the growth team as a solutions engineer, leveraging his expertise in the electronic health record to demonstrate product capabilities, guide product enhancements with the product and engineering teams and support sales efforts for both new and existing clients. Now, as Director of Client Success — AI at Netsmart, Jon plays a pivotal role in helping organizations harness artificial intelligence to drive efficiency and empower staff. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix.
