Expanding Horizons in the Workplace

By Netsmart

Heartstrings is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that’s actively increasing opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in the workplace. The Olathe, Kansas-based foundation carefully matches employees' unique skills and interests with a role that provides a sense of independence and connection to the community.

Each Wednesday afternoon, the Heartstrings Goody Delivery® team visits our Overland Park offices with a cart of carefully packaged snacks available for purchase. It’s truly a privilege for Netsmart to partner with such an impactful organization and engage with their team members on a weekly basis. Goody Delivery is just one of the employment opportunities Heartstrings offers. Learn more about their mission, operations and our shared vision for a more inclusive community on NetsmartLife.
