As chief financial officer, Kevin is responsible for Netsmart financial objectives, results, budget, reporting, policies, cash management processes and strategic direction. He also oversees preparation and filing of the company’s financial statements, as well as provision of company performance and financial information to analysts and the investment community.

Wendy oversees the human resources organization and associate experience. She is responsible for aligning the company’s workforce to meet business objectives and for growing and developing internal talent.
Executive Vice President, Client Experience and Public Sector
Carol and her team are responsible for the delivery and support of innovative solutions to clients as well as strategic client engagement. Carol’s team drives all aspects that affect client experience, such as technical solution support, user groups, client councils and product management.

Kevin oversees strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business development, as well as the company’s post-acute care division that includes home health, hospice, palliative care and senior living. Kevin also plays a significant leadership role in federal legislative and public policy advocacy and is responsible for developing alliances with industry associations.

Paul is responsible for the company’s overall client relationships. This includes alignment of company and client imperatives, the sharing of information that furthers partner-focused, long-term client relationships, and the establishment and nurturing of our collaborative client community.Chief Growth Officer

Scott leads the human services organization. In his role, he works closely with the clinical, development and product teams to ensure Netsmart technology solutions and professional services align to client and market needs. Doing so allows clients across the human services industry to participate and thrive in emerging models of care, such as value-based reimbursement.
Senior Vice President/General Manager, Post-Acute
Dawn leads the post-acute care organization. She is responsible for managing Netsmart Homecare, an industry-leading home health, hospice, palliative care and private duty electronic health record (EHR) as well as the Netsmart senior living EHR.Executive Vice President, Plexus Services
