 Q: Why should my organization sign up for the Enterprise Training Program?

A: To better understand how your organization can benefit from the Enterprise Training Program, request a custom proposal by sending an email to This unique document will highlight data about your organization’s use of myAvatar and identify specific ways that the Enterprise Training Program can help improve staff performance. Learn how you can improve your onboarding process, increase knowledge across all roles and levels of expertise and reduce the resolution time for support cases.


If you would like additional information about the benefits of the program, several other resources are also available on the NetsmartCares portal.

 Q: Does my organization have to roll the program out to all employees, or can we choose who participates and which courses each person can take?

A: Once enrolled in the Enterprise Training Program, the Learning Services team will work with your organization to determine who should have access to the training. Courses can be assigned by individual, role, department, etc. The program is designed to be extremely flexible and can be tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs. Some organizations choose to pilot courses with a small number of users and then add others over time. Other clients elect to give all employees access to all courses at once. The choice is yours.
