Netsmart Enables Ohioans Home Healthcare to Improve Operations, Enhance Patient Care and Satisfaction

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Oct. 8, 2018 — Ohioans Home Healthcare(Ohioans), a Perrysburg, Ohio-based home healthcare agency, has enhanced both staff and patient satisfaction through solutions delivered by Netsmart. The satisfaction is not limited to Ohioans’ staff. Improved productivity and care delivery have created a positive reaction among patients. CMS Home Health Compare patient satisfaction surveys indicate that when asked, patients rated the overall care from Ohioans at 91 percent compared to the 82 percent Ohio average.
