GEHRIMED Patient Census Management

By Netsmart

The patient census is a list of patients that providers in post-acute care settings can use to keep track of all their patients and the facilities in which they are located.

The bars shown on the census screen are the first thing you see upon logging into GEHRIMED. When you click on them, you can see important information like a patient’s corresponding facility.

Once familiar with this dashboard, users can quickly:

  • discharge and readmit patients

  • find a list of patients that are all located in the same facility building

  • make scheduled visits for a particular building

  • see which patients specifically are overdue for a visit.

Watch this brief GEHRIMED training video to learn how to navigate the patient census management dashboard confidently, boosting your daily productivity as a result.
