What is CONNECTIONS?

CONNECTIONS is the Netsmart annual user group meeting that brings together our clients, subject matter experts and vendor partners together for an event full of learning, networking and more! Read below for more details on this can’t-miss event! CONNECTIONS is three and a half days from Sunday evening to Wednesday afternoon, however we also offer pre and post-conference trainings on Sunday and Thursday. CONNECTIONS features a Solutionarium experience, which is an interactive showcase that gives attendees an opportunity to play with our solutions, talk with Netsmart subject matter experts and get an advanced look at what new solutions and features we’re rolling out.

What should I wear to CONNECTIONS?

The attire for all CONNECTIONS events is business casual, including the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening. The Tuesday evening event is much more casual. Details on the Tuesday evening event will be released in the fall so you can plan your attire accordingly for that evening.

Which meals are included with the registration fee?

Sunday, March 29:

* If you are attending a pre or post-conference training on Sunday or Thursday (additional fee), lunch is included.

The registration fee covers breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, which will be a continental breakfast. You can expect breakfast pastries, fresh fruit and assorted other breakfast items. If you’re looking for alternative breakfast options, you can visit the Marketplace (Fresh Bites) or Villa Montagne located in the atrium.

Lunch on Monday and Tuesday will be hot lunch offerings. On Wednesday, we will offer a boxed lunch. Pre and post-conference trainings will offer a hot lunch.

What is the cancellation policy?

Payments: Full payment must be received in advance of the conference. Registrants will not be granted access to the event until full payment has been received. Refunds: A 100% refund will be processed for all cancellations received by 2/21/2020, a 50% refund will be processed for all cancellations received by 3/20/2020, and a 25% refund will be processed for all cancellations received by 3/29/2020. All no-shows and cancellations received after 3/29/2020 will not be refunded. MHFA and Nursing Council donations will be refunded in full if cancellation is received by 3/20/2020, no partial donation refunds will be made. Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the event start date, please contact events@ntst.com to make a substitution. Cancellations must be received in writing or through the link provided in your confirmation email.

Is there a mobile app for CONN20?

Yes! The #CONN20 mobile app will available 2 – 3 weeks prior to the start of the event. Registered attendees will receive an email to sign-up for the app.

Where should I mail my payment?

Payment can be made by credit card or check. Checks should be made payable to Netsmart with CONNECTIONS as the payment reference and should be mailed to:

What is the access to water, coffee and soda?

We recommend you bring a refillable water bottle; each room will be equipped with a drinking station where you can fill your water bottle. We will not have bottled water available.

Coffee will be available at breakfast and at the dedicated breaks in the Solutionarium. If you’d like a cup of coffee at any other time of the day, you can visit the Marketplace (Fresh Bites) or Cocoa Bean located on the lobby level of the Gaylord Rockies.

Soda will not be provided by Netsmart. Soda can be purchased in the Marketplace (Fresh Bites).

Can I bring a guest to the evening events or other social functions?

Yes! You may bring your guest to any of the social events for an additional fee; please see the following for more information:
