CONNECTIONS attendees can take advantage of a special discounted rate at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.
Please book your hotel room prior to August 3, 2026 to ensure you receive this discounted rate. Rooms booked after this date cannot be guaranteed at the group rate. It is our recommendation that if you think you might attend CONNECTIONS, go ahead and book your hotel room – you can cancel it up to 72 hours prior to your arrival.
Single / Double Occupancy: $279 per night
A resort fee of $28 per night, plus applicable taxes, will be added to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenities, including:
- Resort wide internet access including enhanced in-room wireless access for up to six (6) devices
- Access to Arapahoe Springs Water Park
- Use of scheduled shuttle service to/from the 61st & Pena commuter rail stop
- Complementary use of hotel bicycles
- Daily fitness class offerings
- Complementary use of basketball and tennis courts
- Daily $10 Dry-Cleaning credit
- Two bottles of purified water
