New and Returning myAvatar Mentors

The selection process for the 2019-2020 Netsmart Mentoring Program has ended, and we are pleased to announce the addition of two new myAvatar mentors. Sunila Levi from Integral Care and Tresa Hagan from Centerstone of America will be joining returning mentors Andy Aguilar (Rebekah Children’s Services), John Sawyer (Sacramento County), Riki Haukass (Wyoming State Hospital) and Sandra Atkin (Orange County Department of Mental Health).

Sunila and Tresa will start their office hours and 1:1 mentoring sessions in September.

Netsmart also extends our sincerest gratitude to Aravella Dennis, Michael Jirges and Gina Hylton Pachecho who previously served as Netsmart Mentors.

Assistance from the Netsmart mentors is available to those enrolled in a myAvatar Certification Program as well as those from organizations subscribed to the Enterprise Training Program. This can be in the form of 1:1 mentoring, but the most popular way to engage is through office hours. Each mentor provides one office hour each month covering topics of their choice, or those that are voted on by interested clients.

Join office hours and receive answers to your questions, seek recommendations from fellow users, see demonstrations of new functionality and much more!
