As the weather turns warmer (finally here in the Midwest), the healthcare ecosystem continues to drive forward with enhanced care delivery techniques, new legislation under consideration, and we continue to move ahead together to support these changes with innovative technology advances. At Netsmart, we’ve been pleased to be a part of both the advocacy conversations to help shape change, as well as the continued collaborative conversations with many of you as we continue to lean on your guidance and support to shape our future together.
We were honored to attend NatCon19, where more than 6,200 advocates, thought leaders and experts came together in Nashville for the nation’s largest behavioral health conference. Not only were we able to share insights and discuss trends in the marketplace, we also had the opportunity to hear from a variety of providers regarding their goals, as well as unique needs, in their own agencies and communities.
Netsmart was selected to participate in the first-ever Healthcare Innovation Showcase, held in early March on Capitol Hill. An initiative of the Health Care Innovation Caucus and attended by members of Congress, staff and federal agencies, the event featured products and ideas that seek to transform or disrupt different segments of the health care industry. We were proud to highlight our solutions focused on Population Health Management, by demonstrating what many of our clients are doing today to alter the course of care for so many Americans as part of innovative models of care leveraging technology.

We have been hard at work gearing up for CONNECTIONS2019: Making Your Mission Possible. This year, our annual event will take place on May 12-15, 2019 in historic Washington D.C. During the event, join more than 1,600 attendees and come by to see how the evolution of the traditional EHR continues to move towards a platform designed to ensure your agency is ready for the move towards value-based care. Finally, calling all executive leaders: join us for the CONNECTIONS2019 Executive Symposium, which is designed for CEOs, Executive Directors, COOs, CIOs, CMOs and CFOs to refresh, recharge and exchange ideas with peers from across the country.
