Training and education opportunities
Did you know that training resources are available at your fingertips every time you access your EHR? The help screens that are part of the solution offer a wealth of information on how to use the product and can be printed if needed. They’re regularly updated to stay current with each release.
In addition to online help, Netsmart provides learning tools and opportunities to support you in fully utilizing your Electronic Health Record. Review these opportunities and let your Client Alignment Representative know if any you have questions or want more information.
NetsmartCares support portal
NetsmartCares is a free resource for all users/clients of Netsmart solutions. This site is the main “hub” for communication between Netsmart and you. Additionally, it allows a forum for you to connect to each other – whether that means asking a simple question or joining a workgroup.
Make sure to access this portal and take advantage of all the resources within the Netsmart community.

Webinars
netConnect: We offer quarterly meetings to provide updates on your products, as well as current updates about the Netsmart community. These quarterly webinars are labeled as our “netConnect” sessions. Notification for the “state of the union” meetings are published on NetsmartCares three weeks prior to the events.
Product webinars: We provide webinars at no charge prior to general releases. You’ll see what is coming in the next version while previewing how to use that new functionality. These sessions also provide a forum for asking questions directly to the Product Management team. You’ll find notification of the webinars on Netsmart Cares.
e-Learning
We offer affordable subscriptions for myLearningPointe, the Netsmart learning management solution. Users can access eLearning modules on specific solutions, as well as more than 500 courses on industry topics such as HIPAA, diversity and sexual harassment in the workplace.
Many of the clinical courses qualify for CEUs. Courses can be conveniently taken on-demand. With high satisfaction ratings, clients can utilize this training for up-to-date content that follows our best practice guidelines. Please contact your Client Alignment Representative for pricing.
Healthcheck
Similar to a checkup from your doctor, we offer a forum where we review your EHR set-up and discuss your processes around using your EHR. We meet with different people in a variety of roles to understand the success and challenges of using the system. Your needs and objectives can be addressed through training; optimization of existing functionality; introduction of new functionality though existing solution capabilities; or potential development change requests. Customized Training
Have a new employee? Needs a refresher on how the system was designed to be used? Sometimes you or your team may need training that addresses specific needs or full retraining. CONNECTIONS
CONNECTIONS is an annual, three-day conference filled with networking and learning sessions. Enjoy connecting with other Netsmart clients while discussing your specific needs. Attendees have full access to the Solutionarium for a first-hand look at our latest solutions and innovations. Enjoy information-packed sessions, receptions and special events. Additionally, you’ll have access to subject matter experts in national and regional user groups.
