Call Center for NX

For individuals who may not be familiar with Call Center, this functionality provides the ability to record calls coming in during the day. While recording a call, depending on the system configuration, the staff may perform a search, locate an individual, create a new individual and associate the call information with this individual.

Call Center for NX was introduced in myEvolv Release Version 10.1.0100. This addition to the existing functionality provided several new enhancements that are exclusive to NX, and are as follows:

  • The ability to enter an Initial Call without Selecting the Call/Event Type
  • The ability to save a call, that can be completed later, and transition to a new call
  • The ability to add follow-up events* to Call Center Events
  • The ability to add additional events to Call Center Events
  • The ability to view incomplete calls

myEvolv Finance 2.0 in NX

The Early Adopter Program just completed. Our engineering department is working hard to get the suggestions in place and fine tuning the system, assuring all billing and remittance features are optimized for your use.

Finance Setup module in NX will be released in 10.1.0125. 90 percent Completion of Finance end user features will be released in 10.1.0150. All finance features will be released in 10.1.0175.
