netConnect: We offer quarterly meetings to provide updates on your products, as well as current updates about the Netsmart community. These quarterly webinars are labeled as our “netConnect” sessions. Notification for the “state of the union” meetings are published on NetsmartCares three weeks prior to the events.
Product webinars: We provide webinars at no charge prior to general releases. You’ll see what is coming in the next version while previewing how to use that new functionality. These sessions also provide a forum for asking questions directly to the Product Management team. You’ll find notification of the webinars on Netsmart Cares.
We offer affordable subscriptions for myLearningPointe, the Netsmart learning management solution. Users can access eLearning modules on specific solutions, as well as more than 500 courses on industry topics such as HIPAA, diversity and sexual harassment in the workplace.

Similar to a checkup from your doctor, we offer a forum where we review your EHR set-up and discuss your processes around using your EHR.
