Netsmart collects Information from you in two ways: (1) directly from you and (2) with cookies.

The Information may be used by Netsmart or its agents to personalize your experience, improve our Web site, or improve customer service. The Information may also be used to market and promote the products and services of Netsmart and its affiliated companies, and to conduct market research. This means you may be contacted by telephone, direct mail or e-mail regarding products and services offered by Netsmart, its affiliated companies or third parties.
Netsmart does not sell your personal information to third parties, but may transfer it as noted under "Comply with Legal Requirements and Corporate Transactions" paragraph below. If you do not want the information you provide to Netsmart to be shared with other companies, and you indicate this preference in the manner indicated below under "Contact Us" or when you provide the information to Netsmart, we will honor your preference.
Netsmart may provide links to third parties Web sites that have separate and independent privacy policies. These links are provided for your convenience only, and if you access them, you do so at your own risk. Netsmart shall have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Netsmart reserves the right to disclose your Information when we believe it is required, necessary or appropriate: (1) under applicable law; (2) to respond to requests from public and government authorities, for national security and/or law enforcement purposes; and (3) to enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety. Additionally, we may transfer your personal information in conjunction with a corporate sale, merger, dissolution, or acquisition if we are not the surviving entity after the merger, sale, dissolution or acquisition.
Used for permissions that are associated with accessing camera or capturing images/video from the device. This permission allows this application to capture patient wound images, profile images and documents, in order for them to be viewed in this application and recorded in the patient’s EHR.
Used for permissions that are associated accessing device storage. Allows, for instance, access to device storage to encrypt and store pictures and read pictures captured through the device, store limited and encrypted patient demographic data. The application will not access the default image gallery. This, more specifically, allows this application to save the captured images, and to read the images for viewing within the app, to temporarily store the images if the device is offline, and to retrieve patient data in offline mode.
The application uses Wi-Fi or Internet to communicate. The Wi-Fi/Internet connection is used to authenticate the user who is logging in to the app to ensure it is a valid user, to retrieve data from the EHR, and to upload the captured images into the patient record in the EHR.
Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we have collected information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us.
The security of your Information is very important to Netsmart. We use physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect your Information.
