Netsmart Finalizes Home Health, Hospice and Investor Partner Transaction
Supports continued evolution of technology platform for integrated healthcare
Netsmart is merging the Allscripts HomecareTM business unit into the Netsmart CareFabric® suite of solutions, establishing Netsmart as the largest human services and post-acute technology provider in healthcare. The Homecare business serves more than 30,000 home health, hospice and private duty clinicians in the U.S., Guam and Puerto Rico.
The Homecare solution provides current Netsmart clients with access to additional home health and hospice technology solutions and expertise if they offer these types of services in their communities. It also offers them a quality solution option if they wish to expand their services to include home health and hospice.

GI Partners will provide investments and resources that will allow Netsmart to continue to rapidly accelerate ongoing expansion into the evolving integrated healthcare technology sector.
