Executive Symposium Agenda
We invite you to join us for the CONNECTIONS2020 Executive Symposium. Running in conjunction with the general conference, this event is a great opportunity to take a step back to refresh, recharge and exchange ideas with peers from across the country. The Symposium is designed for CEOs, Executive Directors, and other c-level attendees coming to CONNECTIONS in strategic and executive management roles in their organizations.
This year’s Executive Symposium will focus on Thriving in the New Healthcare Ecosystem with 4 areas of focus that we will cover across all the Netsmart communities (Human Services & Post-Acute). After the initial discussions on one of the pillars we will then breakout into community specific groups to dive deep into the topic. Breakouts will vary in approach and might include a working session, small group discussions, problem solving among peers or a Netsmart or client led presentation.
The four pillars are below:
- Clinical Integration
- Increasing Revenue
- Improved Operational Efficiencies
- Value-Based Care
Symposium attendees also attend CONNECTIONS keynotes and visit the Solutionarium with CONNECTIONS General Conference attendees. There is also a special Executive Symposium reception for further networking and conversation with the Netsmart executive leadership team late in the afternoon on Monday.
Renew current relationships and forge new ones for year-round knowledge sharing as you lead your organization to success in an evolving, interconnected healthcare ecosystem.
