Vice President, Client Experience
Regan, MHA, RN, FACHE, and her team are responsible for all areas that impact the client experience, such as personalized software demonstrations, client training and education, client support portal, client strategy sessions and client councils.
Prior to joining Netsmart, Regan worked at Cerner Corporation for 18 years in a variety of leadership positions, most recently as vice president of sales alignment. In that role, she consolidated the sales support teams and led an effort across teams that increased the competitive win rate from 25% to 55% in 24 months. She also orchestrated key client optimization projects, which increased client retention. Before Cerner, Regan worked at Research Medical Center as a registered nurse.
Regan has a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix, a nursing degree from Rockhurst University in Missouri and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Pittsburg State University in Kansas. Regan serves on the board of Santa Marta Retirement Community in Overland Park, KS. She received her Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) certification in 2018. Regan was also a recipient of the Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nurses during her time at Cerner.
