Senior Vice President/General Manager, Behavioral Health
Scott Green is senior vice president of the behavioral health business unit. He works closely with the clinical, development and product teams to ensure Netsmart solutions and services align to client and market needs. Doing so allows clients across the human services industry to participate and thrive in emerging models of care.
In addition to driving strategy for behavioral health, substance use, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and child welfare, Scott manages teams charged to develop interoperability, population health, consumer engagement and analytics strategies.
Prior to joining Netsmart, Scott held various roles with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, including government relations, marketing, sales and the integrated delivery systems team. Scott partnered with leaders from across the integrated delivery system’s executive, quality and clinical leadership teams to develop medication adherence and quality programs. Doing so drove standardization, improved outcomes and lowered total cost of care.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology from Kansas State University and a graduate certificate in healthcare leadership from Park University.
