Insight is built upon an open SQL database, and is an easy-to-learn, easy-to-use, easy-to-query integrated solution for program-specific needs. Insight can also scale for State Public Health Departments that want to implement a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product.
State Public Health Departments also have the choice of Avatar PH, a software platform solution built upon the Avatar product suite.
