myAvatar PH facilitates real-time individual client and group scheduling with individual clinicians or teams across multiple clinics or programs, from any workstation in the network. The software considers conflicts in schedules or resources, as well as treatment/benefit plan restrictions. Other features include the generation of appointment reminders, clinic and clinician schedules and encounter forms. The system also accommodates walk-ins and tracks no-shows by reason.
