InfoScriber for Private Practices: Pricing
InfoScriber is sold as a monthly subscription service. A minimum purchase of a three-month subscription is required. After the three month minimum, private practice prescribers can pay on a month-to-month basis with a credit card payment plan. No refunds will be issued for unused or cancelled subscriptions.

Prescriber Monthly Subscription
A prescriber is anyone who can generate a medication prescription in his/her own name. Most common are physicians and (in many states) nurse practitioners.
Prescriber Agent Monthly Subscription
These are most commonly nurses, clinic managers, etc., who process verbal and telephone orders for prescriptions. They need to be able to generate prescriptions for a prescriber.
Non-Prescribing Users Monthly Subscription
These people cannot process verbal or telephone orders, but need access to the patient’s medication record. They also can add new patient information.
InfoChannel Setup (Not needed in most private practice offices)
This automated feature allows for the routine transfer of patient demographic data to InfoScriber from your office patient management system or billing system. It is recommended for practices with over 1,000 patients.
One-time InfoLoad Setup (Not needed in many private practice offices)
This feature allows for a one-time transfer of patient demographic data to InfoScriber, from your office patient management system or billing system. It is recommended for practices with 750 - 1,000 patients.
InfoChannel BackChannel
BackChannel is a mechanism that allows customers to retrieve InfoScriber data and import it into their own information systems. BackChannel files are available in a clear text format. The format contains five principal tables: Patients, Providers, Allergies, Diagnoses and Rx. The BackChannel process runs automatically by populating a database file, encrypting it, compressing it, and moving it to a secure FTP pickup directory to which only the customer has access. The customer may retrieve this file at any time.
