User Group/Association Information
User groups and associations are an important way for Netsmart clients to share ideas and maximize the effectiveness of their use of Netsmart solutions. The groups also serve as an important two-way communication link with Netsmart, providing a client perspective for the development of products and services.
The National MIS User Group is an independent voice for users of CMHC/MIS software. The group conducts regional meetings and has active committees that discuss and provide feedback to Netsmart about MIS product-related features and functionality.
The Netsmart CSM National Users Association and its associated constituent groups provide an avenue for information sharing for Netsmart’s Avatar suite, BHIS and methadone products. Users of these products have an opportunity to join one or more functional or sector groups that hold regular conference calls, and the opportunity for interactive communication with Netsmart and other clients through forums on the Customer Support site.
Former QS Technologies customers can take advantage of a mailing list and discussion forums to learn about planned product enhancements. In addition, the North Carolina PCMS User Group meets three times per year, usually for one day, at one of the customer sites in North Carolina. They maintain a listserv as their primary means of communication.
