| The AF command was modified to use the new field on the OPTAPT table to include all 7 days in the search. Previously, the program only included Monday through Friday in the AF search. Set the OPTAPT table field SEARCH ALL 7 DAYS to 'Y' to include Saturday and Sunday in the appointment search. Set the field to 'N' or leave blank to exclude these days. Please note that the DAY parameter of the AF command will still select only the specified days regardless of the OPTAPT table default. |

| The OPTAPT table has a new associated field that will allow the users to include the weekend dates in the general AF search for appointments. This new field, SEARCH ALL 7 DAYS, allows the user to specify whether to include Saturday and Sunday in the appointment search. If the field is set to 'Y', the AF search will include Saturday and Sunday. If left blank or set to 'N', these weekend dates will not be included. This would only affect the AF command when executed with no other parameters. The user can still request specific days and dates with the use of the command parameters, for example AF clinic#,D(MN) will display the clinic appointments for Mondays and Sundays. |
