Table OPTBIL2 was modified to now allow the user to set the default number of receipt copies. Previously, the PCMS program had been coded to always print 2 copies of the patient receipts. Now, the user can enter the default number of receipts that they want to print. Enter the number from 1 to 9 to indicate how many copies of the receipt to print. The default is 1 copy. YOU MUST UPDATE THIS TABLE FIELD TO PRINT MORE THAN 1 RECEIPT AT A TIME.

The OPTAPT table has a new associated field that will allow the users to include the weekend dates in the general AF search for appointments. This new field, SEARCH ALL 7 DAYS, allows the user to specify whether to include Saturday and Sunday in the appointment search. If the field is set to 'Y', the AF search will include Saturday and Sunday. If left blank or set to 'N', these weekend dates will not be included. This would only affect the AF command when executed with no other parameters. The user can still request specific days and dates with the use of the command parameters, for example AF clinic#,D(MN) will display the clinic appointments for Mondays and Sundays.

The PCMS program was modified to use the system date rather than the job date when submitting reports and obtaining the program date. There had been a problem with the current date especially when the user wanted to defer a report run.
