The RX command was modified to require the fields: QUANTITY DISPENSED, DAYS SUPPLY AND DISPENSED BY, if the fields on the OPTRX table are set to require greater than 0. Also, the OPTRX table has another new field that will allow the user to default the provider code. 12.01 35656

 The pharmacy module was modified to not actually delete the original charge if the units and amount fields are changed to 0. The program will now treat this as a deleted procedure. When looking at the prescription on the LE screen, the user will see the deleted procedure and any adjustments and or payments that may be associated with that procedure. 11.03  35126
The PR command was modified to prevent a delete of the original prescription if there are refills present. If a prescription is to be deleted now, the user must delete all existing refills prior to deleting the original prescription. If such a delete is attempted, the message DELETE REFILLS FIRST will appear. 11.02 34819

The RX18 report was modified to add a new report parameter - INTERMEDIARY ID. This modification was made for Presbyterian Medical Services to allow for thier intermediary NMMCO. This client should enter the code NMMCO to activate the section of the program that will insert the intermediary-specific requirements. These changes are - the Record 4 Cardholder Number will use the patient's FID Insured Policy number instead of the patient number and also, the Record 4 Physician ID will use the Provider's DEA number instead of the provider's license number, both from the PROVIDER table. 11.02 34808
Report RX18 has a new parameter, 'INTERMEDIARY'. This will determine which tape layout to use. New Mexico should enter 'NMMCO' for the new requirements for their state, all other users should leave blank for standard format. 11.01 34808
