The I6 report parameters #9 and #10 were changed to clarify the parameters and which parameter does what. Parameter #9 is now used to determine the sort sequence for both the register AND
the post cards/letters. Parameter #10 is now used to indicate whether or not the delinquency status is to be updated. For the sort sequences, the first half of the parameter is used to indicate how to sort the report register and where to put the page breaks. The second half of the parameter, separated by a semi-colon, is used to determine whether the postcards/letters are sorted by region/site or by zip code. Enter a 'Y' to sort by region/site. For the delinquency status parameter, a 'Y' indicates that the
program should update the delinquency status of the IMSTFILE. This status field is then used to indicate the number of postcards/letters that are sent to the patient. An 'N' does not update the delinquency status field and the patients will continue to receive the postcards. |

| A new field has been added to the system for VFC. This new field is VFC PAYOR. Enter the four character value for the VFC payor in the field on the A2 screen. Please note that the client MUST have an immunization entered prior to updating this field. This field is stored in the IMSTFILE. |

| The IU command was modified to prevent the update of the screen if the immunization does not have sufficient stock for the immunization being entered. If there is insufficient stock, the line will be highlighted and the screen will not update until the correction has been made. |
