Sunday, April 8

6 – 8 p.m.

Sunday evening, we will kick off CONNECTIONS2018 with a Welcome Reception that we will host at the Convention Center on the 3rd floor of the North Building. This event is created so you can take advantage of time with subject matter experts, network with peers and enjoy an evening that celebrates the culture of the Southwest. Get ready to gear up for a great #CONN18!

Monday, April 9

5 - 6 p.m.

Join us in the Solutionarium as we close out day one of CONNECTIONS2018. Visit with Solution Experts and network with fellow CONNECTIONS attendees while enjoying a quick bite to eat and drink.

Tuesday, April 10

6 – 10:30 p.m.

Tuesday evening promises to be one you will not soon forget! Join Netsmart at Corona Ranch, a traditional hacienda with amazing 360 degree views of South Mountain, that will feature traditional Mexican food, a live band – for dancing and karaoke—hot air balloon rides, games, and a fan favorite – the mechanical bull, plus MORE! Oh, and to top it all off, you’ll get to see a Mexican Charreda which is an authentic Hispanic rodeo! We look forward to celebrating the close of another successful CONNECTIONS event at this one-of-a-kind celebration. Feel free to don your favorite cowboy boots or apparel.

Logistical note: Busses will begin to load at 6 p.m. at both the Sheraton Grand & the Renaissance. If you are planning to drive yourself to the event, please do not plan to arrive prior to 6:30 p.m. as that is when the event will officially kick-off. Busses will begin returning to both hotels starting at 8:45 p.m. The last bus will depart Corona Ranch at 10:30 p.m.

Busses will not load or drop off at the Convention Center, so if you are not staying at the one of the hotels, but would like to ride a bus, please plan to use the public parking areas located next to either hotel.
