MHFA Training

Just as CPR and First Aid training helps you assist an individual in physical distress or need, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. MHFA teaches you how to identify risk factors and warning signs, strategies to assist and where to seek professional help for those who may be experiencing a mental or behavioral crisis. Netsmart is proud to join the National Council for Behavioral Health as they continue to grow their movement to #BeTheDifference. MHFA Certification is an 8-hour course and would take place from 8am – 5pm on Sunday, April 8. All materials will be provided. There is no cost to attend this training, however you must be registered for CONNECTIONS to attend.

Register for CONNECTIONS today and add MHFA as a FREE pre-conference training!
