ONC HIT 2015 Edition Certification
The myAvatar™, myEvolv® and Essentia™ solutions meet the requirements set forth by the Drummond Group, LLC to receive the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology 2015 Edition Health IT Module Certification.

These Health IT module(s) are 2015 Edition compliant and have been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
ONC HIT 2014 Edition Certification
The myAvatar™, myEvolv®, Insight™ and TIER® CareRecords were the first EHRs designed specifically for the health and human services organization to achieve ONC HIT 2014 Certification. Individual certification information including Netsmart cost and limitations per CareRecord is included here.
Behavioral health, addiction treatment, I/DD, child and family, public health, and other health and human services providers are currently eligible for Medicaid or Medicare Meaningful Use funds based on the number of Eligible Professionals (EPs), such as physicians and nurse practitioners, in their organizations. All three of these CareRecords are Meaningful Use Stage 2 compliant.
Both myAvatar and OrderConnect are certified to connect to the Surescripts Electronic Prescribing Network™. This secure, web-based prescribing and medication management system enables customers to receive and respond to prescription refill requests electronically, instead of by fax or phone. New prescriptions can also be sent electronically and securely to the pharmacy computer system. Netsmart is also certified on Surescripts’ Eligibility and Formulary Checking and Medication History.
